Maria “Mary” Chavez Hernandez, a longtime resident of Tipton, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully August 28th, 2023, at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, surrounded by loved ones. She was 79 years old at the time of her death. Mary was born September 8th, 1943, in Charlotte, Texas, to Arcadio and Amalia (Rendon) Chavez.

Funeral mass for Lorenzo Fraire, age 89, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Saint Helen Catholic Church with Rev.

Funeral service for JoEvelyn “Jodie” Hughes, age 78, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel with Rev.

Funeral for Koleeta Jim “Ko” (Hopps) Green, of Kingwood, Texas, formerly of Frederick, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel with Rev. Josh Boles, pastor of First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery.

Graveside service for Terry Garland Duggins, age 74, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 24, 2023, at the Frederick Memorial Cemetery in Frederick, Oklahoma with Rev. Les Bank officiating. Burial is under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick. Mr. Duggins passed away Friday morning, July 21, 2023, at Sheridan Medical Lodge in Burkburnett, Texas.

Nettie Sue Sones Nettie Sue Sones, 92 of Oklaunion, Texas died on Monday, July 17, 2023, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Interment will be Friday, July 21, 2023, at 10:00 am at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
