Graveside service for Terry Garland Duggins, age 74, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 24, 2023, at the Frederick Memorial Cemetery in Frederick, Oklahoma with Rev. Les Bank officiating. Burial is under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick. Mr. Duggins passed away Friday morning, July 21, 2023, at Sheridan Medical Lodge in Burkburnett, Texas.

Terry Garland Duggins was born on June 16, 1949, to Carl Jr. and Edna Pauline (Seta) Duggins in Tipton, Oklahoma. He attended Frederick Public Schools, graduating from Frederick High School with the Class of 1967. Terry started his career with Coy’s Grocery as a stocker in 1968. He would remain employed there for over thirty years. He ended his career as the market manager with Coy’s after an injury forced him into retirement. He spent his whole life in Frederick, Oklahoma.

Mr. Duggins is survived by his son, Carl Otis Duggins and his daughter, Kimberly Ann Cryer both of Wichita Falls, Texas; two granddaughters, Kayla Cryer of Wichita Falls and Carly Duggins of Holiday, Texas; one great grandson, Carter Hastings of Wichita Falls, Texas; and one sister, Deborah Duggins He was preceded in death by his father, Carl, Jr. and Jean Duggins; his mother, Edna Duggins; and three brothers, Carl Jean Duggins, Ronnie Duggins and Danny Duggins.

In lieu of flowers his children ask that donations be made to Sheridan Medical Lodge in Burkburnett, Texas or Hospice of Wichita Falls, Texas.
