A bill that would end Day Light Savings Time has passed the House. Rep. Kevin West said House Bill 3146 seeks to put the statutory amendment in front of voters to make the final decision. Should HB 3146 pass, it would put Oklahoma on Standard Time year-round and do away with the twice-yearly clock changes.
