Tillman County Sheriff Deputies arrest two Davidson residents Aaron Urista and Vernice Hernandez after a week investigation to property damage they were taken to the Tillman County Jail on warrants of knowingly concealing stolen property and distribution of a CDC to a minor within 2000 feet of a school.

Deputies were informed of a damaged to property call from the Davidson Bank and during the investigation, video survalence identified four juveniles who were guilty of the crime. The juveniles while being questioned, also released information on stolen property and distribution to an 11 year old. That is when deputies were onto Urista and Hernandez. After searching Urista’s home located at 105 Sand is when they found stolen property from 7 different residents, Also finding 4 bags of marijuana which Hernandez was selling to minors. Both are in the Tillman County Jail with bonds set for Hernandez $10,000 and Urista $5,000.
