Saturday July 31, at 6:21pm officers were called to 614 N. 12th when Frederick Police Officer: Sgt. Skinner Responded to an assault complaint and upon arrival arrested Ruby Delgado for Domestic assault and Ricky Diaz Jr. on an outstanding Tillman County warrant, Thaylia Fobb on an outstanding Tillman County warrant and Francisco Olvera Jr. on multiple outstanding Tillman County warrants. They were all transported and incarcerated in the Tillman County jail.
