Dr. Robert Spurrier, left, director of the Oklahoma State University Honors College, congratulates Janina D. Graves of Woodward during the annual hooding ceremony for completing requirements for her Honors College Degree. Graves is a candidate for a bachelor’s degree with honors in biological science. The honors degree is the highest honor conferred with the undergraduate degree at OSU and is earned by completing both the General Honors Award and the Departmental or College Honors Award. A minimum grade point average of 3.5 is required for each of these awards, according to the Honors College. Graves is the daughter of Charlie and Karen Graves of Woodward. She is a graduate of Frederick High School
