$1 million bond set for Hopkins

Christopher Hopkins, a 24 year old Frederick man has been jailed for having possesion of child porn in his home. His bond has been set at 1,000,000. Other charges are pending, as the children who lived in the home with him have been sent to DHS custody. The OSBI is currently waiting on results from rape kits that were performed on the children ages 1 and 3.
