Jim Jon Carr was arrested and booked on three charges Thursday morning. Turning himself in to authorities with charges of possession of a CDS, DUI and transport of a loaded fire arm. Carr’s bond was set at $10,000. The incident goes back to January 1st, when he was involved in an accident just North of Frederick. Trooper Mitchell Witt was the investigating officer. Carr was injured and sent to the Comanche Memorial hospital. Upon investigation illegal drug were found, as well a loaded fire arm, and he sited with a DUI.
