Brooklyn and Canaan Read recently assisted Xi Alpha Chi Sorority by 'ringing the bell' for The Salvation Army. All proceeds raised will help with expenses this winter season for needy families. Brooklyn and Canaan's proud dad is Joel Read. The Salvation Army has been set up in front of United for the past few weeks with volunteers “ringing the bells” for the needy.
