According to Frederick Police Chief Rick Guill the man was arrested Friday after officers acted on a tip found heavy spanking injuries on a three-year-old Frederick girl.
“Multiple abrasions and bruises on her buttocks, and a bruise on her face”. The girl was sent to Freerick Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released back to her mother. At the time of the incident there was an active restrainning order against Marshall. According to Guill
He has also been charged with obstructing an officer for lieing to police during the investigation.
Marshall remains in the Tillman County Jail.
