Graveside service for Billy Eugene Stocking, 82, of Sanger, Texas, will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2009, at the Tipton Municipal Cemetery, in Tipton, Oklahoma.

  A visitation will take place before the funeral at 9:30 a.m. at the cemetery. 

  Mr. Stocking passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2009 in Pilot Point.  Burial will be under the direction of Slay Memorial Funeral Center, Aubrey, Texas.

He was born on November 8, 1926 in Grandfield, Oklahoma, to Emory and Susie (Dean) Stocking.  He married Dortha Marie Duffer in May of 1950 in Martha, Oklahoma.  

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife: Dortha Marie Stocking; and son: Wade Stocking. 

He is survived by a daughter:  Marcia Schober, of Sanger, Texas; and son: Paul Bruce Stocking, of Dallas, Texas; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
