Amanda Robles prepares a Summer Reading Program mural
The staff of the Frederick Public Library would like to thank everyone who helped to make our 2012 Summer Reading Program one of the best yet! We had an average attendance of 80 kids!
First, a big thank-you to Amanda Robles, who drew our mural downstairs and did a fantastic job. And another big thank-you to each of our presenters: Mad Science, the Oklahoma City Zoo, Sue Hokanson from Quartz Mountain, and Marty Ludlum the Magic Dad. We are very fortunate to be able to have great programs each year.
The reason we are able to do so is because of our great sponsors, so we want to thank them once again: the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Sonic, Eta Gamma sorority, and the Friends of the Library. Thanks also to the Frederick Press-Leader, for helping us promote the programs. All of you make our Summer Reading Programs possible!
