The Tillman County Board of Commissioners pursuant to the authority granted to the Board by Section 16-26 of Title 2 of the Oklhaoma Statutes, do hereby proclaim that extreme fire danger no longer exists in Tillman County. This situation ( as defined in Section 16-26. B1 a-d, Title 20.S.) has been verified by documented concurrence of the majority of the County municipal and rural fire cheifs, or their designees..
By virtue of this resolution, because recent accumulation of participation in Tillman County has reduced the imminent threat of extreme fire danger, the ban on outdoor burning is cancelled; Immediately.
