Three people arrested last week after sheriff’s deputies found them living in a stolen trailer with meth and paraphernalia. Cliff Ray Ballard, 35 and Christopher Ernest Fatjo, 30 both of Frederick with bonds set at $50,000 and MarisaMarshawn Galbreath 19 of Cordell, with a bond set at $10,000.

Ballard and Ernest have been charged with possession of a controlled dangerous and knowingly concealing stolen property, both felonies; Galbreath faces just the drug possession charge.

They were picked up Nov. 9th after his office received a tip that the trailer set up in the yard of a residence on the 400 block of South 17th Street–was allegedly stolen from a storage unit in Oklahoma City.

Ballard and Ernest tried to sell the trailer locally for a reduced value and Tillman County Sheriff deputies recovered baggies of meth and a large amount of paraphernalia including used and loaded syringes during the investigation.
