How You Can Help
Aspire Home Care and Hospice Aspire Home Care and Hospice is accepting donations for the victims in Moore,Ok. Donations of any kind will be accepted. Dontations can be dropped off at 1317 N. 12th in Frederick. SOYSA Southwest Oklahoma Youth Sports Association will be taking donations for the tornado victims in the Oklahoma City area. Donations will be accepted at both concession stands during the games at the ballpark. The league will also donate a portion of profits from the concession stand as well. SWOYSA will team with the Salvaton Army to make sure the money is properly distributed. Let’s do our part in helping our neighbors in Oklahoma. OSSBA Our heartfelt prayers and thoughts go out to the victims of the recent tornadoes. When members of our Oklahoma State School Boards Association’s family are hurting, we are all hurting. We would like to offer an opportunity for those wishing to give to have an outlet to do so. We are setting up a drop off site for needed items for the victims of our recent tragedies. If you would like to donate items from the list below they can be dropped off at our OSSBA offices located at 2801 N. Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City, 73105. We will also be taking donations of money that will be distributed to the school districts impacted by the storms. Checks can be made out to OSSBA Tornado Relief Fund. All donations will go to the victims of these recent tragedies. Donations for School Supplies notebooks and paper (wide and narrow ruled), construction, paper, markers, copy, paper crayons, binders, glue (bottle and glue stick), rulers backpacks, tape, pens, and pencils art supplies pencil sharpeners gym supplies erasers desks highlighters computers dry-erase markers Other Supplies canned goods formula diapers soap clothes,sunscreen dog and cat food trash bags work gloves spray toothbrushes brooms toothpaste shovels deodorant hand, sanitizer baby wipes Other Donations To make a direct donation to the American Red Cross go to http://RedCross.org or you can text “REDCROSS” to 90999 to donate $10. To make a $10 donation to the Regional Food Bank in Oklahoma, text “FOOD” to 32333.
