On January 13th 2013, officers of the Frederick Police Department executed a search warrant at 1219 North 11th Street in Frederick. As a result of the warrant service, four persons were arrested; six guns along with methamphetamine and marijuana were seized.
Arrested were Marcello Maldonado (55 of Frederick, OK) who is charged with possession of a firearm after former felony conviction, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possessing drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $100,000.00.
Roscoe Tyler Wirries (23 of Frederick, OK) who is charged with possession of a firearm after former felony conviction, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute (methamphetamine), possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of contraband in a penal institution. His bond was set at $500,000.00.
Denson Simpson (40 of Tipton, OK) who is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possessing drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $35,000.00.
Emiliana Rose Miligan (20 of Tipton, OK) who is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute (marijuana), possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possessing drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $100,000.00.
