A Holiday Open House is scheduled at BancFirst from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 9 at 201 S. Main St. in Frederick. It is come and go for the public. For more information call BancFirst at 580-335-7522.

The Frederick Middle School and Frederick High School bands and choirs are planning a Christmas Concert at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Dec. 12, respectively, at the Ramona Theatre at 114 S. The Frederick Christmas Parade is scheduled to begin 5:30 p.m. Dec. 15. The theme is Christmas at the Movies. For more information, call Felisha Crawford at 580-335-2126.

Agriculture Boosters Chili Day is planned in the Lois Long Center at 115 S. Ninth St. from 4:30-7 p.m on Dec. 15. Tickets are $6 and available from Box Inc., BancFirst, Farm Bureau or any Ag Booster member. Each ticket includes chili with all the trimmings, drink and homemade dessert. Hackberry Flat has scheduled a Winter Wonders event beginning 9 a.m. Dec. 17 at the Hackberry Flat Center. To get there, leave Frederick going south for one mile on U.S. 183, then turn East on Airport Road and drive three miles. Follow the blacktop road South, and drive for six miles. Candy cane scavenger hunts begin at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. The center closes at 1 p.m. Please dress warmly for the walking tour and the trailer ride. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Bible Baptist Church has slated its drive-through Christmas play “A Christmas Shoe Tree” for 7 p.m. Dec. 17 and 18 at 1600 N. 15th St. in Frederick. A shoe drive is planned in conjunction with the event. For more information call 580-335-7044.
